Minimally invasive laser therapy

LIFE of benign prostatic hyperplasia

Prostate: minimally invasive treatment

A healthy prostate is about the same size and shape as a walnut. Almost all men experience benign enlargement of the prostate, also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), as they get older. The enlarged prostate presses on the urethra and this leads to difficulties urinating.

The LIFE laser method vaporizes the tissue of the prostate in a very precise and selective way while leaving deeper tissue unaffected. The minimally invasive procedure, a method with only very minor damage to the skin and soft tissues, is an excellent alternative to existing surgical methods.

We offer special technology for our BPH therapy, which can avoid the occurrence of a retrograde ejaculation following surgery.
